Returns & Shipping
We hand package all parcels & check for faults or damage before sending
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service within 14 days of receipt of purchase we use Royal Mail to deliver the packages but do not include a return label. You will be required to drop the returned product back into our store in Lisburn or pay for the postage.
Returns:
We will on some occasions accept returns solely for unopened products. Prior to processing a return, confirmation of the unopened status of the product is required from a manager before sending it back to us. We regret to inform that we are unable to accommodate the reimbursement for return postage costs.
Refunds:
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and hold a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase. for other return please see our Returns Section

We strive to ensure prompt shipping of your orders. Shipping times may vary depending on location and product availability.

Please note that we cannot assume liability for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
